(Scranton, PA) – Today, John Chrin announced the endorsement of West Hazleton Borough Council President Lou Pacelli and all four West Hazleton borough Republican Council members: Diane Chura, Henry Kreisel, Bernie Dutz, and Jim Schweitzer.
